General House Rules
Check-in and Check-out Times
Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Late arrivals can always be arranged with me in advance.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments to maintain perfect freshness. Please use the open balcony or the cozy terrace for this purpose.
Pet Policy
We love animals; however, to ensure the absolute comfort of all our guests, staying with pets is only possible with prior personal approval.
Quiet Hours
The traditional Italian siesta lasts from 14:00 to 16:00, and nighttime quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00. Noisy parties are strictly prohibited.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
How to Book
Your reservation is successfully confirmed immediately after making a small prepayment of 20%. The remaining balance is paid upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip at least 14 days before your check-in date, the prepayment is fully refunded. For later cancellations, the prepayment is unfortunately non-refundable.
Final Cleaning
For your convenience, the cost of the final cleaning is already fully included in the price. There are no hidden fees or extra charges upon check-out.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €100 is collected upon check-in. It is fully returned at check-out after a routine property inspection.

How far are the apartments from the sea?
We are located right on the beachfront. The nearest equipped beach in Amantea is only 10 meters away. You just need to cross the road to find yourself on the beach.
How do I get to Amantea from the airport?
The nearest international airport is Lamezia Terme (SUF), located just 35 km away (a 30–40 minute drive). We can arrange a transfer for you, or you can rent a car, or take a train or bus. Amantea train station is a 10-minute walk away.
Why is booking on your website better than on Airbnb?
By booking directly through our website, you avoid platform service fees (which can be up to 15–20%). You get the best price straight from the owner and the flexibility to discuss check-in arrangements.
Is there free parking nearby?
Yes, there are free public parking spaces right in front of the building on Via Lungomare and on the adjacent streets.
Are the apartments suitable for remote work (Digital Nomads)?
Absolutely. All apartments are equipped with high-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi and powerful air conditioners with a heating function. Internet access is provided via STARLINK with speeds of up to 500 Mbps.
Can we book all 3 apartments at once for a large group?
Yes, this is our main advantage! All three apartments are in the same building and on the same floor. This is the perfect solution for groups of up to 10–12 people who want to vacation together while having their own kitchen and personal space.
Are there grocery stores and restaurants nearby?
Supermarkets, cozy cafes, fresh bakeries, and the city's best seafood restaurants are all within a 300–500 meter radius. You don't need a car to have a comfortable stay.
